Drive east to Andasibe. Visit VoiMMA Reserve and join an evening forest walk.

Full-day exploration of Mantadia National Park with picnic in the forest.

Morning rainforest walk. Drive to Manambato and cross the Pangalanes Canal by boat to Palmarium.

Guided walks in the private reserve, boat excursion on the canal and night outing to observe aye-aye.

Boat back to Manambato and road transfer to Antananarivo with scenic stops.

Yes, the trails in Analamazaotra are fairly easy and suit families. Mantadia has longer, hillier walks.

Andasibe is about 140 km east of Antananarivo, roughly 3 to 4 hours by road.
