Antsirabe for its craft workshops, Ambositra for Zafimaniry wood carving, the rainforest of Ranomafana for lemurs and frogs, the Anja community reserve for ring-tailed lemurs, and Isalo National Park for its sandstone canyons and natural pools. The road ends on the coast near Tuléar.

From Morondava down the west coast
For adventurous travellers, our West Coast Expedition starts at home in Morondava and follows the wild 4x4 tracks south: Belo-sur-Mer, Manja, the Mangoky river ferry, Morombe and the Vezo villages of Andavadoaka and Salary, before reaching Tuléar and Isalo. Dry season only, roughly May to October.
